In this week's episode I share my experience when asked to sit in on a Cal Fire Supervisor training. Learn about activity examples that can be applied in any organization. This week focus on:
1. How do you inspire people to follow your lead? If you rely too heavily on your job title or position in the organization, people might be looking to someone else for leadership.
2. Can you use media in unexpected ways to enhance your meeting or training experiences for participants?
3. When was the last time your team engaged in a team building activity that was fun for them?
4. Are you consistently demonstrating cultural norms? How do you educate team members about cultural norms? Is everyone in the organization taking a stand for those norms?
