I coach supervisors, managers, and front line employees who want to work in their highest potential. As a trainer who trains trainers, I also invite you to subscribe if you are developing your professional training career.
Join me at a winery located on the Northern California coast where a food truck owner basks in the glow of a successful event. Learn about her story and challenge yourself to be innovative this week!
1. Successful people do what other people aren't willing to do. What are you willing to do - today - this week! - that will move your career forward? Maybe innovation is something you take on in your current role, or maybe it's something you practice outside of your current job. The key is to keep learning and create forward momentum!
2. Persistence is required if you are to try new things and stay focused on your goals. Too many people give up too easily and get stuck in a lack luster view of their lives and the world at large. Don't give up!
3. Once you have a plan - stay flexible within the plan. The opportunity in front of you might be even bigger than what you imagined. Be ready to act when unexpected options present themselves.
4. Develop social skills that leave people feeling glad to have met you!
