As summer draws to a close, I am gearing up for a very busy schedule over the next ten months. As I reviewed my immediate task list, I'll be honest, it felt a bit daunting. I'm revisiting this podcast topic as a way to help you - and me - verify we are working smart and prioritizing what needs to be done now instead of what we feel like doing. Sometimes those two process points match, but often times, they don't.
I've had a blast of a few weeks going on many adventures and taking a bit of a break from working at night. But it's time to get refocused, organized, and fully productive!
